​LONDONPRO DESIGN AND BUILD LTD is led by Milan Novak, who brings 30 years of experience to ensure every project is managed professionally and completed to the highest standard. We deliver a complete design and build service, covering all aspects of residential construction, including loft conversions, refurbishments, new builds, internal alterations and full property maintenance.
We work with both 1–1 clients and organisations who require reliable, ongoing property care. Every project is undertaken with the same level of quality and attention, regardless of size or complexity.
With a large number of completed projects across Central, West and South London, the majority of our work comes through repeat clients and recommendations. Our testimonials reflect our commitment to consistency, craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
THE TEAM
Milan Novak is our Director and Operations Manager with more than 30 years of experience. He first trained in the Czech Republic and has since worked in several European countries, including five years in Greece and the past 25 years in London.
Milan built his expertise in the high-end bathroom and kitchen sector. This area of construction requires a wide range of trade skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a high standard of finish within tight timeframes and small spaces. His capability and practical approach naturally led him into broader project management, including larger builds, extensions, and full or partial refurbishments.
Milan works closely with our clients, helping them make decisions throughout the project. He leads our teams on site and oversees the day-to-day management of all ongoing work.
MARCUS WOODS

Technical Director & Quantity Surveyor

Marcus Woods is our Quantity Surveyor and has 27 years of experience, primarily in residential work and in the conservation and refurbishment of historical buildings. His expertise also includes commercial projects and infrastructure.
​
He has worked on a wide range of schemes, from high-end interior designer and architect-led projects to extensions, refurbishments, landscaping, and shop, restaurant, and office fit-outs. There is very little within the spectrum of project types that Marcus has not been involved in.
​
Marcus leads our pricing and estimating department, overseeing valuations and value engineering. He also brings specialist experience from his background as a Military Infrastructure Engineer. ​

Founder of Kachi Interiors, Katarina brings over eight years of experience designing private residences, show homes, and development projects across the UK, South Africa, and the Caribbean. Katarina collaborates with LondonPro Design and Build to deliver fully integrated design-and-build solutions, ensuring a seamless process from concept to completion.

Known for her refined yet functional approach, she creates timeless interiors that balance aesthetic beauty with everyday practicality. Her expertise spans concept design, space planning, and FF&E specification, with a strong focus on detail and how spaces enhance the way people live.
